Project Administrator / Engineer

Job Description:
  • Assist the Project Manager in the overall administrative and technical direction of the construction project
  • Responsible for tracking all construction data relating to the project including, but not limited to, shop drawings, RFI’s, RCQ’s, change orders, contingency expenditures, field directives, contract administration, and meeting minutes
  • Process and track contractor and subcontractor pay applications
  • Generate current and concise project reports
  • Perform schedule updates
  • Maintain project files
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related construction experience.
  • LEED Accredited Professional or LEED Green Associate preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Project Administration
  • Thorough knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, and financial management and reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in MS Word and MS Excel with the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets and documents
  • Proficient use of project management software
  • Organized and detail orientated

Superintendent

Job Description:
  • Assume direct responsibility for the on-site day to day operation of the project
  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Coordinate manpower and materials in a manner that ensures the timely and cost effective completion of all phases of construction
 
Qualifications:
  • Thorough knowledge of construction technology, methods and terminology
  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
